The hotel has a lovely location next to the boardwalk, with some nice outdoor seating areas for enjoying a nightcap. The rooms, while bright with a small balcony, were a bit disappointing due to the smell from dogs in the dining room. However, the staff goes above and beyond, especially accommodating special dietary needs like gluten-free meals. Overall, the hotel has the potential to be one of the best in Italy.

The hotel offers rooms of common size with large balconies overlooking the lake, spacious with great views, and equipped with all essentials. However, there may be issues with excessive heating in the rooms. The service is wonderful and friendly, with a unique property design and a collection of fabulous art pieces. The location is ideal, right on the lakefront with easy access to shopping and dining in town. The dining experience is superb with a buffet that meets expectations. Overall, a stylish hotel with some minor room temperature concerns.
